Purpose: A third party fee management based professional service providing integrity to property portfolios during delinquency and
foreclosure status periods. Applying property management rules and engagement to ensure fullest asset protection. Recognition
of institutional needs in securing properties through protection and proper maintenance whilst in duress status, leading to
reduced risk and asset devaluation.
Property Management Specialists overseeing distressed
properties in line with instructions from Asset Management
division. Management of residential and commercial properties.
Building maintenance. (Residential, Commercial including Shopping Malls, multi-tenanted office buildings, retail
and leisure parks, industrial areas)

Property
assessment reporting. A detailed, ongoing inspection of real property assets, including residential/commercial facilities
and infrastructure identifying deficiencies in order to take timely, cost-effective corrective actions. Accurate and supportable
information for budget planning and justification. (supporting asset enhancement advice) The Maintenance Team is designed
to respond 24/7 to all emergencies and maintenance requests as well as to provide routine and preventative
maintenance. This unit is designed around an "Operations Center" that fields all maintenance requests,
dispatches personnel and subcontractors and provides priority and strategic planning.
